Introducing our Partnership with Private School Village

We are excited to share that Miquon has partnered with Private School Village (PSV), an organization that brings families from independent schools together to build community, foster meaningful connections, and create opportunities for families to engage with one another beyond the school day.

PSV’s work is focused on helping Black and Brown families thrive in independent school communities. Through community-building, connection, and opportunities for dialogue, PSV seeks to strengthen belonging, celebrate identity and culture, and support Black and Brown students and families in navigating and enriching their independent school experience.

As part of our partnership, we have an opportunity to participate in the upcoming Back to School Picnic on September 27.  And, while everyone is welcome, the experiences and perspectives of Black and Brown families are intentionally centered in the programming and conversations.  If you would like to attend, please RSVP here.

We believe that a strong school community extends beyond the classroom. Our partnership with PSV is one way we are creating additional opportunities for families to connect, build friendships, celebrate identity and culture, and foster a greater sense of belonging within our school community.
