Family Involvement

Family and students cleaning pond at Miquon.

Families play a vital role in the Miquon experience. We believe children thrive when the adults in their lives work together, and we value the partnerships that develop among families, teachers, and staff throughout a child's time at Miquon.

There are many opportunities to participate in school life, build meaningful relationships, and support the experiences that make Miquon unique. Whether volunteering at an event, sharing a special skill or tradition with a class, attending community gatherings, or lending a hand behind the scenes, every family can find meaningful ways to connect and contribute.

Families Active @ Miquon (FAM)

Families Active @ Miquon (FAM) is a group for Miquon families to work together to build community, serving as ambassadors on and off campus to support staff with communication, outreach, and events, including open houses and Grandparents’ and Grandfriends’ Day. The association also hosts social events such as the Community Campfire and the annual Spring Fair.
