In October our 6th Grade Buddies joined us on a trip to Maple Acres Farm to pick pumpkins and take a hayride. We named our classroom pumpkin Jack, and after becoming a glistening Jack-o-lantern, he became a delicious loaf of pumpkin bread!

Firefighter Gary gave us a tour of the Spring Mill Firehouse. We took turns at working the hose, and then...we took a thrilling ride on one of the firetrucks!
