In 2001, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania established the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program to encourage private businesses to make contributions directly to eligible schools in exchange for substantial tax credits. 

Dollars your business would have paid to the State in taxes will instead be diverted to Miquon in satisfaction of your Pennsylvania tax liability.
